SIMS offers you multiple visual presentations of a program schedule. A favorite among our customers is the Schedule Grid View, a comprehensive look at an entire week. Designed for maximum ease when manipulating programs and titles, it is an efficient tool for maintaining a primary schedule or for creating unlimited planning schedules.

Customize your own view

The Schedule Grid View enables each user to personalize the look of the display to meet their needs. Some of the many options you can select include:

• setting which days of the week to display
• setting the number of days to display
• setting colors to differentiate programming classifications including user-defined codes

• picking custom time increments and time zone offsets
• using language preferences
• viewing the status of transactions with the Traffic system when using TrafficXpress

The Daily Log View provides a more detailed view of a single day. This view displays frame-accurate timings, hard starts and format information that allows the user to fine-tune the schedule for playout.

Distributing the program schedule

SIMS provides a number of ways to distribute the program schedule. With SIMS, you can:

• save the Schedule Grid as an HTML or Excel® file
• set program schedules to automatically export to a Web site or intranet as often as needed
• save schedule grids and lists as PDF documents
