In addition to a full range of standard reports that require little or no user intervention, SIMS offers more advanced reporting options for those who wish to create sophisticated, customized reports about contracts, titles, media, scheduling, amortization and liabilities.

A unique feature called "dynamic dates" allows you to select numerous predefined ranges like "last quarter," "this month," or "next year," with output determined by an "as of" date set by you at the time of report generation.

Custom reports allow you to filter and group or sort criteria differently each time a report is created or a saved report is previewed. New reports may be created for private, public or browse-only viewing. Saved reports may be shared to other stations in the database by exporting them and then importing to other stations in the database for a standardized look.

Custom reports offer virtually limitless access to data and include the ability to:

• view information on the number of times programs, contracts, titles and media have been scheduled during selected time ranges
• view the amortization status of all or selected contracts
• see monthly payments made or due across all distributors
• generate program change reports
• monitor user changes to contracts or scheduling with our detailed change log reports

These reports have multiple options for filtering, sorting and displaying information and can be printed alone or in batch. They also can be saved to different formats.
