Our project development includes a 5 phase process that will ensure your vision is accurately realized in a timely manner:

Phase 1: Statement of Work

Meet with a StorerTV Project Manager to conduct an analysis of your business and identify your project requirements. A rough estimate of the tasks involved, timeframe for each task and approximate cost will be defined and submitted for your approval.

Phase 2: Business Requirements

Further analysis will be taken of your business along with technical considerations then outlined in a Business Requirements Document. The BRD will provide a complete roadmap detailing how each task will be completed and when.

Phase 3: Functional Requirements

The StorerTV Project Manager will facilitate each task by submitting detailed Functional Requirement Documents to our team of developers. As tasks get completed, they are put through rigorous quality testing before submitted for your approval.

Phase 4: Implementation

Once all tasks have been completed and approved, our Implementations Team will work with you to getting your program installed and running smoothly.

Phase 5: Training

All new users of your program will be given personalized on-site training to ensure that your new program is being used to its fullest potential.
