Toufic Moubarak leads StorerTV's IT and development staff. In addition to his management responsibilities, Dr. Moubarak works with clients on custom software projects and represents StorerTV on professional and industry-related committees such as ATSC, NAB and SMPTE. Toufic has extensive IT experience in the television industry. Prior to StorerTV, Toufic served as Executive Director of Research and Information Systems for Decisionmark (dba TitanTV Media). During his tenure at TitanTV he was a key member of the management team, involved with the development of the corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, IT hosting management. In addition, Toufic is a key inventor in five awarded patents and holds a doctorate degree in Management. His previous education includes a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computer Science from the University of Jordan
