Position Description

Position Title: .Net Developer/Programmer

Status: Full-Time

StorerTV has been a preeminent provider of program management software for the television industry for more than 20 years. StorerTV is seeking to hire a highly motivated professional for the position of Software and Web Applications Developer.

Job Duties: This position will complement the effort of a very talented team of experts in the television industry. The responsibilities of this position include the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of the new generation of our product using object-oriented concepts and 3-tier design.

Basic Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven record of accomplishment in delivering successful web applications through the full development lifecycle.
• Proven experience in discovery, systems analysis, requirements modeling, and specification documentation of business functions and systems.
• Strong object-oriented analysis, design, and programming experience.
• Experience with relational database design theory and SQL query languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing enterprise, and scaleable, web applications with the ability to work within a self-directed environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with multiple web technologies and languages (C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and JavaScript).
• Experience with software development best practices such as source code control, issue tracking, prototyping, testing, etc.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Team player able to collaborate with others in the work environment and customers.
